The GWRRA is a   social organization for owners and riders of Gold Wings, Valkyrie or any brand motorcycle, and some would say. Dedicated to our motto, “Friends for Fun, Safety and Knowledge”, GWRRA members enjoy the freedom of belonging to a non-profit, non-religious and non-political organization.

   We are one of several Chapters in the New York District . 
 
   We hold our monthly Gatherings in a new location at The Factory Eatery, 20 Prospect Street, Ballston Spa. We get together for dinner at 6:00 PM and our meeting begins at 7:00 PM. Our gatherings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month with the exception of December when we hold our Holiday Party in lieu of a monthly Gathering. Our ride and event schedule for the forthcoming year is published in the Chapter Calendar.
 
 Our schedule is posted under events and our rides are varied – long, short, overnights, etc.  Departures are also varied depending on the destination so please refer to the schedule which is kept updated
 
We are known as the Northern Lights, and at this time we are the northeastern most chapters in New York,Sate. We take pride in our community involvement with fund raisers and bottle drive and could have members from as far away as Platsburg in an effort to help our charity, The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. As part of the largest motorcycle owners/riders organization in the world, we promote safety, fun and knowledge to our members and families and try to educate the public in awareness of the vulnerability of motorcycle riders everywhere.
